that's really all I have to say. This gem is the dems. dream and the GOP's worst nightmare. A tea-bagger, who beat out the GOPer Mike Castle in their primary for the special election in Delaware for Bidens old seat. What should have been an easy seat for the GOP to take, is pretty much in dem. hands now with a 16 point lead - with the same poll showing that if Castle had won, he'd be leading Coons(the dem) in the election. Now the tea-party, which I've been saying would do, has screwed the GOP and pulling votes from them.

But this lady is about as big of a whackjob as they come, a Palin look-alike to boot. She has took a stance on masturbation, calling it a sin. She has said she has "dabbled in witchcraft" and the most recent one was her claiming that quote "evolution is a myth". Dipped as low as claiming her opponent was in some gay Only more things are going to come out too, since Bill Maher has asked her to come on the show to clear things up or he'll release a video of the things she has said on his show. On top of this, it's been discovered that she has used tens of thousands of campaign money to pay her rent, personal trips and even gave money to her mother. Of course she's playing the Palin "victim of the media" card.

She says she's matured, but really doesn't take anything she said back.

Wilmington, Delaware (CNN) - Delaware Republican senate candidate Christine O'Donnell says she's "matured" since her now well-known appearances on Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher back in the 1990's. But she acknowledged in an exclusive interview with CNN that the resurfaced clips have forced her to reinvent herself in the final weeks of the campaign.

"I haven't been embarrassed. And I'm not saying that I'm proud," O'Donnell said. "I've matured in my faith. I've matured in my policies. Today you have a forty something woman running for office. Not a 20 year old. So that's a big difference," she added.

O'Donnell is now running a TV ad in which she tells voters, "I am not a witch? I'm you." The spot is a response to the Politically Incorrect clip unearthed on Maher's current HBO program, Real Time, in which O'Donnell admits she once "dabbled in witchcraft."

"This campaign is about the future and not the past. This campaign is about what each candidate is going to do to address the needs of the people of Delaware," O'Donnell said.

After weeks of keeping a lower profile and fewer interviews with the national news media, O'Donnell has scheduled more public appearances in recent days. Today she took a handful of questions from reporters at a Delaware gun club where she picked up the endorsement of a local 2nd Amendment rights organization.

In a wide-ranging interview on a series of national issues, O'Donnell promised to vote to make the Bush tax cuts permanent. She dared the President to veto any bill that would repeal health care reform. "If Barack Obama vetoes that the year before his reelection he's setting himself up to be very vulnerable and I've seen many Hillary for President ads running," O'Donnell said.

Asked whether she believes human activity contributes to climate change, O'Donnell responded: "I don't have an opinion on that."

On the issue of teaching creationism in public schools, she declined to state her position. "It doesn't have anything to do with what I will do in Congress? My opinion on that is irrelevant," she said.

O'Donnell said she often gets 'you go girl' advice from former Alaska governor Sarah Palin. Is Palin is qualified to be President? "Is she running for President? Again, hypothetical," O'Donnell said.

She also declined to say whether she would support current Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell or tea party favorite Jim DeMint for Majority Leader in a republican-controlled Senate.

At the gun show event, a French TV reporter asked O'Donnell "if she could wave her magic wand, what would she change in Washington?" It was an obvious reference to her "witchcraft" moment. O'Donnell took the question in stride, a sign she doesn't feel threatened by the controversy.

But she is not planning to go on Maher's program between now and Election Day. To O'Donnell her past statements to Maher are not at stake in this closely watched race.

"What I said or did on a comedy show, you know, over a decade ago is not relevant in this election," O'Donnell said.

LOL "I am You", what is she trying to say?

Washington (CNN) - In the second ad released this week, Delaware Senate Republican candidate Christine O'Donnell again uses the line "I'm You" trying to portray herself as someone who understands the everyday problems of citizens.

In the new 30-second spot, she says "I didn't go to Yale. I didn't inherit millions like my opponent." Her Democratic opponent is Chris Coons, who is a county executive in the state. He grew up in Delaware and attended Amherst College and then Yale Law School as well receiving a master's degree in ethics from Yale Divinity School before going into law practice.


As she did in her first ad released earlier this week, O'Donnell looks straight into the camera talking for the entire time.

In it she says "I know how tough it is to make and keep a dollar. When some tried to push me from this race they saw what I was made of. And so will the Senate if they try to increase our taxes one more dime."

She closes both of her ads with the "I'm You" tag line.

The ad is again a state-wide buy, according to a source with knowledge of the ad. Her commercials are being produced by Strategic Perceptions, the company owned by Republican consultant Fred Davis.

While she speaks of her opponent's education, her own education background has become a source of controversy. A LinkedIn online profile of her said she studied at Oxford University when in fact she took a course at the Phoenix Institute, which has an affiliation with Oxford. In an earlier statement, she said she had never authorized anyone to establish the profile on LinkedIn. "I have always been clear about my educational background," she said in that statement.

Separately she had said she graduated from Farleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey, but it turns out she only received her bachelor's degree in early September of this year.

The release of the ads come as O'Donnell and her campaign are becoming more publically active than in the first weeks following her upset victory in the primary when her events were not open to media coverage and her schedule was not made available to the media. Today the campaign sent out an advisory listing an event she was attending.

Also today the campaign unveiled a new website which encourages more interactive involvement. Through online efforts, the campaign says it has raised more than $3 million dollars online.

She's lying like crazy, with her personal finances, claiming that all small businesses are making 300k, even said "You're jealous you weren't on SNL" lol.

Holy shit. According to Mrs. O'Donnell, raising taxes is quote "a tenant of Marxism". She also completely and totally dodged the "evolution is a myth" comment, she said what she believed "wasn't relevant".

For some reason she thinks Obama doesn't believe in deportation, even though there has been well over 300k deported at record numbers while he has been in office.
